Deliver daily visible wins without manual effort.

1. Set automation recognition coin values and message

Decide how many coins and the message each teammate receives for reaching milestones, such as new hires, birthdays, and work anniversaries.

1. On the Celebrio dashboard, click Account settings ▸ Celebrio ▸ Automated recognitions
   
2. Using your established coin economy (Ex: 1 coin = $0.01), choose a reward amount for each milestone.
3. Write a message for each automation.
4. New Teammate is for a newly hired colleague, and is triggered on their "Start date" (see below). The Work Anniversary is triggered yearly based on the Start date.

2.  Set the Automation dates for each player:

1. On the Celebrio dashboard, click on a Player's name  and open the Player's page.
2. Enter their Birthdate and Start date:
   
   3. If this person does not want to be publicly recognized in the feed, select "Private". If Private, the person will receive the recognition in their own dedicated "Messages" from our bot.
   
   The person can also select public/private from their rewards page, under Profile/Preferences:
   
   
   4.  Repeat this for each player on your dashboard.
