Help Admins tailor coin economics so rewards feel meaningful.

1. Budget - set the coin value

• We recommend making 1 coin = $0.01 of real monetary value.
• This allows you to price rewards and automations accordingly (Ex:  a $20 shirt = 2000 coins; a birthday recognition of $50 = 5000 coins).
• Allocate a monthly/annual budget, and associate it with the monthly allowances below.

2. Coin allowances

Decide how many coins each teammate can grant per month.  The default is 500 coins/user, but anything between 500–1000 works based on the suggested coin value settings above (Most companies allocate between $5-$10/month/employee).

How to do it:

1. On the Celebrio dashboard, click Account settings ▸ Celebrio ▸ Monthly allowance.
   

2. The Player default monthly allowance is 500 ($5 value of coins).  Set/edit a monthly allowance to Managers and Team captains.
   

3. The allowance automatically resets at the end of every month.  Coins do not accumulate.

4. Click Save.
