Teams Overview

Note:  Your access to Teams depends on your role.

Teams are groups of players.  Your platform integration may or may not support segmenting users into teams.  Check with your platform provider to see if this is possible.

Why Should I Use Teams?:

1.  Each Team can be connected to one or more reward store (s) (see Market).  Each Team can have its own unique rewards store, or they can be offered a combination of reward stores.
2.  Each Team has its own player vs. player leaderboard.
3.  Teams can compete with each other on a Team vs. Team leaderboard.

In this example, the players have been segmented into 3 different teams.  Team 1, Team 2, and Team 3:

Clicking on Team 1 opens up its Players list:

Import coins:

You can add coins manually to players on the team, or you can bulk import coins using the CSV Import coins tool.

The CSV MUST exactly contain the columns titles "email" and "coins" as in the image below.  Players are all identified by their email addresses.  It does not matter if there are other columns on the CSV sheet.

Simply add the CSV file and click on "Import coins".
